Sailing Week
Antigua, West Indies As we left Antigua, boats were readying for the first in a series of races marking the 41st...
With the weather forecast looking bad we left our beautiful but unprotected anchorage in the Iles de Lerins, for the French Rivera. As it would happen just as we crossed from the Cote d’ Azur, into the Rivera we completed another milestone. Berkley East had sailed over 20,000 nautical miles.
In less than 4 years we have sailed the US east coast from Florida to Maine and back, through the Eastern Caribbean twice, including a stop in South America, across the Atlantic Ocean, through the Strait of Gibraltar and along the Mediterranean coast of Spain and France. There have been so many great experiences.
